No food like home

Have you ever woke up to a morning where you realized you’ve finally attained self actualization? I did. Almost 3 weeks ago (During recess week), I woke up on a Tuesday feeling more motivated than ever to go for consistent runs and make meal plans for the entire week. I ended up going to the grocery store once every weekend after gym to shop for a week’s worth of food. There’s still this asian part of me. 

So… I downloaded Nike+ application, drew my meal plans and have been trying to have my meals at home as much as possible (Or pack them to school). I set aside this much time for gym and I can’t remember when was the last time I stopped feeling so exhausted. Healthy eating made me happier, nonetheless.
